Isopropyl Alcohol/Rubbing Alcohol

hey guys,

I need to get some Isopropyl Alcohol in bulk sizing, atleast in 1 gallon or 1 litre jugs. Anybody know where I could get a hold of some? I don't think London Drugs has it in that big of a size.

exactly what I was doing. No I need this for detailing, you diltue it 1:1 with water and wipe down the car before waxing. Gives the wax a stronger bond.

Thanks for the tip guys!

Why not wax and grease remover? They sell that in 20L pails at most paint suppliers. Hell you could buy it in a 55gal drum if you want more.

Why spend more when all you need is Isopropyl alcohol. That may be a little to strong and I've never heard anybody use that method before. I'll stick with my alcohol. RS Group buy anyone?

I used to work at a detail shop. We used degreaser mixed with water all the time. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing I just did what I was told.

I'll stick to my alcohol lol, not saying that, that doesn't work. But theres a reason why people mix water/isopropyl alcohol to wipe the cars down before wax. It's cheap, and effective. Thanks for the tip though. I'm just going to get some isopropyl alcohol from London Drugs. It's close by, $4.00 for a 500ML thing though.

haha pretty much anything flammable.

Dishwashing detergent works to, but I'm not washing with that. I'm doing an ONR wash and an IPA wipedown (Isopropyl Alcohol)

Try here? Not sure how much they charge but they have up to 5 gallon quantities. See if any of their retail channels sell the 5 gallon sizes. BC distributers
