Can Anyone Recommend a Decent/Cheap Dual DVI Video Card?

Hey,

Looking to possibly upgrade my current video card which is DVI/VGA out.
Looking to get one thats dual DVI as I find the quality of the image on the monitor with the VGA connection inferior to the one with the DVI connection.
(DVI is way brighter and sharper...VGA is just more dull looking)

I really dont need anything too crazy as I do not do any gaming.

All I use my computer for really is surfing the web, and watching my shows...so with that in mind, could someone recommend a decent dual DVI video card that is a great value that will meet my needs?

Additional notes and info to consider:
- My current video card is the 128MB NVIDIA GEFORCE 8300GS, DVI/VGA - it "was" powering two Dell E228WFP 22" monitors and worked fine...
- However, the reason I'm looking to upgrade as well is because I've changed my monitor setup to two Dell S2309W 23" monitors that support 1920 x 1080 resolution...so I'm going to want something that can at least provide support for the higher resolution.
- I may be doing a little more photo editing and processing though...but not super heavy...I'm just getting into digital photography so maybe I should take that into consideration as well
- Computer is a Dell Vostro 200, with an E4400

8300GS is probably worth $20 bux

i think 9600GT should have dual DVI

8300GS probably around 20$, that's about right I guess.

On an added note,

Will my current video card support the resolution that my new monitors can provide?
And should there be a difference in quality b/w the DVI and VGA? I'm using the DVI and VGA cables that came with the monitor...are there better cables I can use that will help?
