Just called a Burnaby Denny's and they told me they were doing it, 6am-2pm, no limits(obviously 1 per customer) and after 2pm they were giving out rain-cheques instead

desperate times calls for desperate measures

Went to the Smithe and Burrard location this morning. Stepped in at about 7:30 and the place was about 2/3 full. Said that I was there for the breakfast and sat me down at the table. Placed my order (you get to choose your eggs too!) and it litreally came in 5 minutes. Haven't been to Denny's in a while but it's good to know that some things don't change. Enjoyed my meal at a good pace, didn't feel rushed at all. Got my bill which came out to $0.00, left a $1 tip. On my way out, I saw a bum finish his free meal and headed for this shopping cart just outside the door. Too bad my lunch break's only 30 minutes or else I'd grab another one.

hmmm i called the one on broadway they said after 2pm it wont be free, didnt mention anything about rain cheque
