I'll admit that if people park in front of my house for more then 3 days I call the city on them. Bylaw where I live is 72 hours, the cities towed a couple vehicles in the year I've lived here. Those are cars that didn't move in over a week though because I wait 3 days then usually the next day city shows up and chaulks them/leaves notice and it's 72 hours from then. If someone parks there fine, if they park there and store there vehicle there fuck em. I don't think I would actually vandalize someones car though that's above and beyond.

THey takes breaks there often. | VPD officers do patrol around your area, as a matter of fact, by reporting your incident, they will be more aware that this is happening and may increase patrol. Local law enforcements use "hotspots" to designate areas that require extra attention, by reporting it, you are providing them with more information, if you don't, by their definition, it has never happened. As I have also mentioned, you can also report this to your community policing centre, as they have their local resources that they can use to prevent crime in your area.
