Overall condition on rims would be 8/10.

One rim has one minor scuff on two of the spokes, appeared to be paint faded.

Scratches around lug nut area, not noticable when you have lugs on.

No curbage on all rims.

no the other 4 holes don't have seats in them. you can't install them on a 4x114.3 car like that the wheels will just fall out of place.
