Wired/Wireless Router

So I'm pissed off at the moment. I have Shaw Extreme Internet and there are about 4 computer on my wired router, which a wireless router is connected through it. Everything was working fine until one day, my internet was disabled (my computer is connected to the wireless router through wire). I checked it out and it happened to be the router, which isn't getting any power.

We bought a new wireless d-link, plugged it in and it worked. For some reason, just tonight it died and the SAME thing happened. No power to the router, and I checked if it's the power connector. I used the power connector from the wired router and still doesn't work. Every other electronic component works - (i.e - shaw cable modem, wired router)

WTF is the problem??

I'm pissed because it's not just affecting me, but my tenants that's renting the basement (which internet is included), and the money spent in buying a new d-link wireless but somehow happen to have the same problem again. Power surge?

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

did you get a power surge? did you plug the router to a surge protector?
try returning your router stating that it was defective

So I took it back to futureshop, and they gave me a new one. If it does the same thing again, then I'm switching brands. Fark..
