NCIX Customer Appreciation Sale Feb 11 - 17

My co-worker sent me a link to NCIX's Customer Appreciation Sale

There's some good deals worth checking out. I ordered the WRT160N wireless router for $60 bucks.

RFlush 02-12-2009 10:21 AM

What is the difference between this sale, and NCIX sale that happens every week? Is this better?

Presto 02-12-2009 10:48 AM

Have a look. There's a lot of stuff on sale. I'm noticing a better discount on a lot of the items.

604Sparda 02-12-2009 10:55 AM

The Saitek GM2400 Laser Mouse looks nice or $20. Might just pick 1 up.

Mr.HappySilp 02-12-2009 10:55 AM

Order the game Fear for 9.99

icemiko 02-12-2009 11:02 AM

I bought the internal card reader for $6.

tegz 02-12-2009 11:13 AM

This is the sale that happens every week. Nothing special about that.

I mainly shop at Newegg.ca now except for larger items (i.e. cases), Windows, and the odd thing Newegg isn't cheaper on.

This is what I got for my last build from Newegg.ca:

Super Talent 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400 DDR2 Memory - $34.99 (before $20 USD Mail-in Rebate ... $14.99 after MIR)
AMD Phenom II X4 920 (2.8 GHz Quad Core CPU) - $158.09
Gigabyte GA-MA78G-DS3HP Motherboard - $76.95

Newegg has WICKED combo deals all the time such as above. Shipping cost was $40, but it's still WAY cheaper than I could've got it through NCIX and NCIX won't pricematch bundles. Oh well ...

Found a couple things I want for a decent price. Now just have to wait until I find some money =D

Better be within a week - these sales change from week to week and what you want may not be there any more when you've got the money.

jackmeister 02-12-2009 04:04 PM

if you really take a look
its usually the same stuff on sale all the time with 1-2 dollar difference

Sometimes, sometimes not. Like how I've been waiting for the Asus EEE to come on sale again for months now. :haha:

skyxx 02-12-2009 04:32 PM

Suprise sales are the main things for their weekly deals. I just bought the Sony BDUX10S Blu-Ray drive :). Oh and some of the items in the surprise section are gone now. Some are all sold out. I was looking to buy the 4870X2 but it was all gone. :) Some bundle deals are gone as well. The Samsung Spinpoint 1TB drive was selling like hot cakes like usual. Oh and they were selling HDMI cables for like 4.89 or something.

It was part of their surprise sale which was limited to 100 for $5.99 so I guess by the time you checked it was all sold out. It's back to regular price now.

lol that's why i want to buy a budget desktop that can play wow with max settings lol

Jmac 02-13-2009 06:57 PM

Anything with an ATI HD 3600/4500-series card (or better) or Nvidia GeForce 8600/9500-series card (or better) should be able to play WoW at max, or near max, settings.

In other words, a $500 system ...
