Richmond Public Library Arrest w/ guns

I was leaving the library today, around 4,and going by the parking lot in front of the ice rink, I saw some guy on his knees surrounded by people with guns

So out of curiousity, me and my friend drove around and stuck around for a bit

2 minutes later, 4 cop cruisers and 2 cop SUV's were on scene, all with guns drawn, to arrest 1 man

Strange thing is, there were about 10 cops outside of their vehicles surrounding the guy, but only 2 were in uniform, the rest were (im assuming) undercover

Anybody know what went on? Anything in the news, maybe? I'm curious as hell
I got a short vid which ill upload soon

Weird I was there too and didn't see anything. Damn the Richmond public library study area is small.

It wasn't inside

It was outside, but in was in the area of the library. In front of the icerink/aquatic centre, the parking lots there.

a lot of gangsters read, but they're either in jail or the ones that never get caught or they're in politics :)

What an airheaded comment.

This serves no other purpose but to excazerbate the sensationalism of the recent current events. The reality is, as long as you're not a gangmember/drug dealer, or associated to one, you're relatively safe. This is not fuckin' Compton where you'll get assaulted just for wearing the wrong colours, or for being a white yuppy.

Being afraid of a stray bullet is nothing short of fearing a freak accident. It yields the same risks as colliding with a street racer or drunk driver.

donot521 02-23-2009 01:03 PM
