A lot of stuff the government has a say in starts on April 1st. Funny how that works.

I think the government fiscal year ends on March 31st. Perhaps that's why......... besides, the government is a joke.

fuck this, alch is already so exp. in vancouver. soju is $10 and beer 12pack around $22. TO has same for $6 and 12 pack for 16-18$...
