FR: one bedroom suite

hi my parents just recently purchased a home
it's in richmond along williams rd and severn rd.
very accessible, community centre, n bus stop nearby.
we'll b moving in sometime end of april,
so starting May.
it's a basement suite downstairs for rent
theres one big family room, one bedroom, n one big washroom
can work out the details if interested in renting a bigger space (all 3) or just one bedroom with the washroom.
*NO KITCHEN.
students preferred.. no pets.

anyway, not sure about the details yet so it's very negotiable feel free to PM me with any questions!

I would think that "suite" would imply the presence of a kitchen. Anyways, OP should post a price and more details, otherwise this thread will get closed.
