what an idiot

JSALES 02-24-2009 10:28 PM

i remember seeing a white GT-R for sale on craigslist a few days ago, i wonder if it's the same one

k2_alpha 02-24-2009 10:43 PM

it is fixable
just drop the tank and empty
new injectors and fuel lines
then clean out the diesel out of the engine

its been fixed with lesser cars.
its not going to kill the car.

Would you need to replace the injectors and fuel lines or could you just clean it?

Problem is, parts are not readily available for this car and it would probably have to come from Japan thus I have a feeling this car will be sitting at the dealership for a while or at least until the parts get here from Japan.

tamiya_s2000 02-24-2009 10:56 PM

ahahhahaha nub
well... another idiot off the road, literally

SpartanAir 02-25-2009 04:10 AM

I have no sympathy whatsoever...none.

What an f-n idiot. I don't care if you don't speak a single word of english. You have to be a complete moron not to know the difference between Diesel and Gas, ESPECIALLY if you're entrusted with a 100k car.

Just stupid.

RIP GTR?

Uh, it's not that bad.

Drain it, fill it up with good gas, octane booster if necessary to get it running, and run a few tanks dry. All good.

marc0lishuz 02-25-2009 11:33 AM

I think I know what happened... millionaire kid cheaped out and saw diesel was the cheapest fuel and pumped that in instead of premium ahahahha
:haha:

Well honestly if the guy was dumb enough to fill diesel into the car... then I'm damn glad he's not actually ripping that thing around town... 1 less idiot off the road, (with a very powerful & fast car)... at least for a while ...

To the GT-R owner: Do Vancouver a favour, trade it in for a bicycle before you hit something or worse somebody.
