If you can afford to spurge a little, this is a much better/longer lasting design: http://super.nova.org/DPR/DIY01/
It is a little pricey though, at around $2 =)
I have made a couple, they work pretty decent for a DIY deal, but unfortunately met an early demise in the jaws of my buddies dog.... =(
I just ended up ordering a simple adjustable bounce card the other day from here: http://www.diffuseit.co.uk/
I'll maybe do a couple comparison shots when it shows up.
