9007 Hi/Low HID Conversion Kit - HELP Only one beam

Wondering if anyone has come across this problem and can maybe shed some light on the matter for me. I just installed a 9007 (Hi & Low beam) HID Kit onto an 06 Nissan Murano SL (so no HID oem). The install went smoothly without any problems. However, when I turn the lights on, whether it's switched to low beam or high beam, it doesn't seem to change. I believe it's stuck on high beam as it's pretty bright.

What did I do wrong and why is there no change when I toggle between low/high?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
