Question Is it better to start working out after turning 50 than working out for whole life?

ok I guess most of us are too young to work out.

lol if you want to start working out after 50 then go ahead, but I'd rather look good when I'm young

you will never archive what you can when you are 20-30, plus you will look like rick flair at the age of 50 being ripped

i think if you sat on the couch until you were 50, you either would be dead, or you would be in such bad health, you wouldnt be able to work anyway.
