The form requires a US mailing address. Not sure if it's worth the trouble to have it sent down to Blaine/PR for the $10 - $1 parcel pick up.

^ if the second and third link give you an error code after you enter your login, hit back and try again. If you get a "incorrect password" message when you go back don't worry, just re-enter your pw and it should work.

I'm a rogers customer and entered right away and there wasn't an issue at all.. They are prob out of stock right now so that's why they want you to check back. They want you to switch to Telus so they would never reject a different carriers customer
