On Thursday, November 27th, Impark will be accepting new, unused and unwrapped toys, and in exchange, the donor’s unpaid parking violation notice will be waived. A single toy donated will waive a single unpaid violation notice. Those with multiple unpaid violations will need to bring an equal number of toys to match the number of Impark parking violation notices they would like waived.

Donors must bring a copy of their violation notice(s), statement(s) or their license plate number in order to ensure proper credit of their account.

Impark will be accepting toy donations between 7am and 11am on Thursday at the Salvation Army Belkin House, 555 Homer Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

At first they write "by making a toy donation of equal value" which implies "want to waive a $50 ticket? Well donate a $50 toy!"

Good thing later on they clarify and say 1 toy donation per ticket.

No way donating of equal value would work anyway. How do you prove equal value? Its not like they would have a computer and go online to lookup every item to see its worth.

From what I read on RedFlagDeals, there's no easy way. You're actually supposed to see an ad banner for it in order to get it.
