What time is the buffet from @ river rock? Time to go there for lunch or dinner..

riverrock's buffet is not really worth going if they charge at regular price. $5 bucks then its a different story .. lol, might check it out today

I went and there was a two hour line up, so I left, but not before getting free bottles of coke, cans of sprite and a few other things they were giving away.

People who were coming out said the buffet was good, too. Oh well, next year, go early when nobody's there. I guess next year it will be six bucks.

I got there @ 5pm today, and they said there was a 5 hr line-up, and they said they are not letting pple line up anymore... It was crazy at River Rock: lots of people, and lots cars. They were handing out coke samples by the side entrance, and vitamin water right outside the front of the casino...

LOL i went there at 7 to see the lineups. HOLY SHIT at the parkade ... and then HOLY SHIT at the lineup. those people are hardcore waiting that long ...

i called and asked about the lineup...she said 2 hrs so i didn't even bother going lol

I went by around 4:30 and saw the huge ass lineup. Pulled into the parkade and saw another huge ass lineup. Heck, there was a huge ass lineup to leave the parkade.

Said screw it and went to Aberdeen instead.

Damn HST.

I was like WTF when I saw shadows of people lined up on the skywalk as I drove down the street. 2 hours would have been OK if I didn't have to go elsewhere. I was there at about 4:00 ish. Tonnes of cars going into the parkade. I really should have gone earlier.

Not always a freebie, but this will get you free stuff:

Places like Walmart and Home Depot (pretty much any major chain) follows a "scanning code of practice" (or something like that). Basically, if you catch something at the checkout that is coming up at the wrong price, and point it out to them, and mention the scanning code of practice to them, they should give it to you free if it's $10 or under, or a certain percentage off up to $xx if it's over.

It only works for one of each item (ie if you have 5 of a shirt, you'll only get one free) but still, it's free stuff. So watch those checkouts! I got a free shirt the other day.

There was only 1 question, I selected Store Brand and got 3 samples:

I forgot how much of the Tide and Scope you get, I think it was around 40ml (at least for the Scope).
