^, yup...what he said.

Don't waste your time e-mailing the seller, he's giving you the run around. File a dispute with Paypal, you'll be in luck if the seller has a enough funds in his account because Paypal will put a hold on the disputed amount. It'll be tougher to recover your money if he has no money in his account. You can always do a dispute with your CC or like the suggestions mentioned in this thread.

according to USPS:
Label/Receipt Number: 7006 0810 0006 2814 2863
Associated Label/Receipt:
Detailed Results:

Delivered, March 03, 2009, 10:01 am, AURORA, CO 80015
Notice Left, February 25, 2009, 3:00 pm, AURORA, CO 80016

which clearly says it's been delivered to another address. I've e-mailed the seller a few times asking to double check the tracking number but he insist it is the correct one and I will be getting the item soon. It feels sketchy and I think I got scammed. what should I do? file a paypal? please help!
File a paypal dispute, the PayPal guys can smell scam a mile away. It's not their first day on the job

with the dispute, the seller again responded with:

"your not understanding what that means. when you ship something off from usps it shows where it was shipped from. plus why would i ship that to myself? it should be getting to you soon. when you check the tracking number again have them send you updates via email and that will show you when the tracking has been updated or give them a call. "

so as many had advised, I filed a claim with Paypal. I will update later to see what happens. Now I need to find another Mass air flow sensor for a 300zx

It's a good thing.

Your CC company actually gives a shit and WILL most likely refund your money. Unlike Paypal.
