			^ people from kelowna disagree

fastest in town tho? nobody knows because all the kids with "built" cars dont ever drag race them. or use them for anything other than slapping cool jdm parts on in their parents garage and posting about how dope they are.

there is a real cool subaru brat that is pretty fast at thunder mountain all the time, he has never 1/4'd from what i know tho.

Depends on what you call fast. Are we talking 0-60, 1/4 mile or 100-300 pulls?
Out of all the ricer punks in town, i'd say Geby's 93 RX7 is one of the faster cars.

I would probably say Regans Brat. Geby's has the most potential though, considering how built his engine is, and he's in his break in tune still

As for Regans Brat. It's quick, but at Thunder he was running the same times as Ian's STi (winters, downpipe, intake). I don't think you yet know the wrath of "FAST", miata child.
It also depends on the type of fast your talking about, 1/4 mile or 100-300 pulls. | | | | | 03-14-2009, 03:37 PM | #14 | | what manner of phaggotry is this

My top speed due to gearing is 250km/hr give or take a couple. Yea just wondering quickest cars that actually drive around and not just track bitches. I'm almost done my build (should be racing in april) so I'm curious as to who the fast guys are out there
0-60, quarter mile, and 100-300 all qualify for fast cars. If your good at one of those your probably good at all 3. My 100-250 is gonna be scary quick but my 0-60 around town is going to suck balls due to traction.
Berz out.

Lmao. I think my teg could only top otu at like 260-270 on the tall tires... Bimmer only tops out around 205 or 210 now give or take by calculation. For an all around fast street car Justin's civic definantly is very high on that list. Reliable, fast, simple(ish) Geby's car should be plenty fast too but I seem to hear more stories of it down then driving. If ya can't beat 1000cc minimum street bikes from a 80km/h roll to 240+, you can't roll the teg And that was before it made big power and could be daily'd on drag radials

Mike's car was faster than Tom's... sorry Tom, but the truth hurts
with my gearing, my theoretical top speed is 200 mph, but I will never even attempt it.

Good traction and you don't need much power to run a fast ET in the 1/4 with a slow trap, you should know about that.

Thats a nice trap speed! I hope to be in the 140-150mph range with slicks on but I'm not gonna run slicks much this year... Drag radials FTW! I'm gonna race my car exactly how I drive it on the street. Basically drive in pay my fee's go through tech and hit the track. I'll run full race trim with the proper slicks and race gas a couple times but it's not going to be my main goal. I "should" be deep in the 10's if everything goes as planned with full race trim. Probably around the same time as Tommy on the Drag Radials....
 Berz out.
