Can you identify my next phone? One person here knows what it is, and he needs to shut up. :p

You know, the fact that you have affirmed my guess is rather disturbing. Further more, I'm going to guess that when you it out, it's just going to be a bigger rectangular dildo.

Good guesses all, and kinda scary how on the money some of you were. It's the S11HT Dual Diamond, a localized version of the HTC S740 for EMOBILE in Japan. It's a more obscure carrier lol No big differences from the S740, other than the whiteness of it and the Japanese on the keyboard. :)

I do plan on getting an S743 (NAM 3G) as well, but until then I will play with this and do the only English-language review in the world for it.

(it will also be very unspecial, as there are a few S740 reviews out there already and it'll be the same thing ahahaha -_-)

screens tooo small btw can u use emobile phones in canada? are they unlocked by simhack like docomo and sb? i havent heard much about ppl using them

It's an S740. No reason why it would need a SIM hack.

The other phones, I don't think they have GSM? Check it out on their site. Might be usable with a SIM hack.

Just got it, and I got the surprise of my life:

It's unlocked. O_O

Took me a little while to figure out how to change the language to English and enter in Rogers Wireless Internet settings, but once I got that going everything was peachy. Unfortunately, I've never used a WinMob Standard device before, so I'm still a little lost. That, and the fact that it is still EMOBILE-branded, so a lot of carrier- and Japan-specific stuff is still on there.
