No AC or power steering. but the heater does work for the cold days.
you dont need power steering. It has a big bus wheel.

I think this is the base model.

Sorry that I couldn't answer your question earlier. Had to wait till my uncle to get off work.

Any ways. he says he get over 300 km for sure.

I think the car is a 3spd auto. I'm not to sure. but since he drives it on the highway to Richmond all the time, the engine is revving higher. Im sure you can get more in the city.

Hope that helps. Thanks.

Some other things i found:

The standard Tracker includes new rear anti-lock brake system on the front disc/rear drum layout; full-size, rear mounted spare tire; rear seat and center console; tachometer gauge package; P205/75R15 on/off-road tires; dual OSRV mirrors; and tow hooks.

Scotchgard™ fabric protection has been added in 1991 on seats and door trim.

All Trackers are powered by a Suzuki 1.6L, electronic fuel injected, 4-cylinder engine, rated at 80 horsepower at 5400 rpm. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard and an optional 3-speed automatic is available on all 4-wheel drive models.
