boot your PC in less than 30s?

http://www.prestomypc.com/

I have yet to try it, but it's pretty much a splashtop.

Could possibly bring new life to an old rig.

Asus has something like this preinstalled on some of their motherboards. I haven't tried it out yet.

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

Mine can go from pushing the power button to searching on Google in Opera in about 50 seconds if I disable AHCI. The AHCI BIOS takes about 20 seconds to load

AHCI is fucking gay...before it was the SATA controller loading that pissing me off, now AHCI. I could boot up windows in 25 seconds without this gay bios, and I don't find it any faster

I always go take a piss or a dump when I start up my netbook / desktop. When I come back, everything should be ready
