First Year Electrical Apprentice Needs A Job!

I have been looking for the past two weeks constantly. I have probably gone to at least 50 companies and apparently I have the worst luck.

Does anyone know of any electrical contractor that is looking for a first year?

Show up to your employer dressed up in your work clothes, steeltoed boots and tools in your car, if you look ready to work they will take you seriously, if they dont reply within two days, call them back, or show up at their work until you get ahold of the person in charge of hiring.... they will either give you a yes or no answer, that seems to be the best way to get out on the job

are you a first yr fresh? or have you taken a foundations course and passed the ITA?

from my understand most employers would then consider you a 2nd year.

What year CT mechanic are u? Theres a couple truck shops on annacis looking for people. Other than that, try out in Port Kells. Job opportunities are pretty slim tho, for both CT and HD mechanics. Where'd u do ur schooling?
