Per above, there are several sheets in the VT stack. Obviously, the sheet titled "Alleged Offender's Copy" is handed to the driver (alleged offender). I assume ICBC gets a copy somewhere along the line ...

- how many sheets actually exist?

- what are the various sheets and how are they disbursed?

Thanks

The only one that is of your concern is the blue copy. The white top copy goes to ICBC, you get the blue copy, the others9 green & yellow) are for filing and Police records and the last piece is a white sheet that contains Officer's notes. The last side is blank for more Cop writing if required.
