I usually just use the stuff we have at work.. Auto Magic "Blue Magic". It's REALLY shiney. I recently picked up some 303 Aerospace for my interior.. havn't tried it on my tires yet but I'll give that a try.

i wouldnt use 303 on tires, you need a lot of the product for shine and it's quite expensive compared to other dedicated tire shine

dressings from automagic are often solvent based, which means it eats at ur tires, leeches protective chemicals and turns ur tires brown if u use it a lot, it is also hazardous for the environment.

Lots of people use 303 for tires. It is a dressing. Just a little more expensive. There are much more expensive dressings then 303

i don't think the point of 303 was to make it shiny. guess it all depends on what you like.

Just tried FK108 dressing yesterday. Did my sisters car right before the thunder came. It lasted through the rain and looks great today. Nice matte finish. No SLING! At all, so far it looks good. I just did my moms car and I'm uploading pics. I'll post some when they're done. But I went to get pics and went for a little drive to see if I can get them to sling and they haven't so it's looking real good.

Does anyone know if Meg's APC is available locally?

Shit forgot to update this thread. I ended up getting some blackfire tire gel from Ken, GREAT stuff, zero sling and the shine is a little shinier than matte

Its perfect

I tried eagle one tire shine, and it was okay I guess. Then I heard armour all gel and sponge package was really good. So I went out and bought it, haven't tested it yet but hopefully soon ..... I mean unique whips uses armour all gel on celebrity cars, its gotta be good.

Meguiar's when you want it really glossy.
Vinylex or 303 when you want some protection with a more natural look.

When you use stuff like the Meguiar's gel, it's best to work in a couple of layers allowing each a bit of time to dry off rather than slathering it on. Helps to minimize sling issues.
Also use a degreaser or tire cleaner to remove old buildup before applying.
