It's the old Costco warehouse on Grandview Highway.

It wasn't that Wal-Mart wasn't allowed in Vancouver, it's that they rejected all their attempts to build one. So... they found a backdoor in by using the old Costco warehouse.

That's why it's not as good as other Wal-Marts... but still better than nothing!

Yeah... sneaky move getting in because of a pre-existing "mega store" zoning... I wonder how much they had to bribe costco to move :p

That being said... that walmart is nothing like all the other ones... very gloomy etc... it should be 24 hours though... that would ROCK!

I live near downtown, lol. I just stick around my area but if they had opened a location on SW Marine I probably would have visited it by now.

Whats so special about these thieves stealing from wal-mart? shoplifters are everywhere and they get scared off or caught everyday.

That's right. They're just as bad as the banks. Giving out bonuses to your wage employees during this economy? you're crazy!

I once know a guy that works as one of those 'shoppers in disguise' and catch thiefs.....he said he catch at least 3-4 a day and at least 30 of them each month.....many of which are the sales themselves.....

Any time I go into wal mart I want to shoot myself. The stuff they sell is fine, but the customers... wow.
