There should be sometype of screening for people like these. I want to sell, if you dont like the price you can offer what you like, but if your SERIOUS i am willing to negotiate. My definition of SERIOUS is your wanting to purchase the car, not asking me dumb questions or telling me why you think the price should be lower.
