HID oulet selling same kit for 200$ + tax

Brightstar is 1 of the top quality hid kits around..
not crappy stuff like smart eye and those other cheap brands
this is a well known brand for hid kits

5000K color temp .. comes out WHITE with a blue hint
2 bulbs and ballasts
all mounting brackets
everything you need!!
