converting movies onto ipod

I downloaded the free software Videora, but after converting my movies to the proper format the audio will not work. I messed around with the settings but still couldn't get the fucking thing to give me a file that had audio in it.

So is there a better program out there to convert movies to ipod format?

I use handbrake.
"universal input" I believe.

I am using DVDVideoSoft Video to iPod/PSP.

Works really well, converts fast as fuck, I don't know how much more MB it takes so yeah.
