Setup Opinions i7

So I'm thinking of upgrading sometime by summer. This is what I have so far.

i7 920 2.66 ghz.
Asus Rampage II Extreme mobo.
Asus GeForcei GTX285 Vid card.
Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1600 3X2gb ram

Opinions? I heard this processor can be OC'd to near 4ghz with just an upgraded air cooler.

The ram and video card are always variable because NCIX/Anitec always has specials on different cards, but I think I will stay with that processor and mobo.

How large a power supply will I Need? I think in the future I may SLI another card in there but thats about it.

All has to fit in an Antec P180 case.
