I'm pretty sure we got ours at an Apple store, Simply Computing. I'm certain that it was a ripoff. Monoprice may have it.
Is this it?

Around 20 bucks, I believe. Not sure about a dvi male, I would recommend searching Monoprice to see what else they have.

I got Best Buy to pricematch Apple.ca when they had them on sale for half price ($12.50 - 10% of the difference = $7.75) ...

Metrotown made me jump through hoops and still refused, but Queensborough did it no problem. Every electronics store at/around Metrotown is fucking useless when it comes to service (Best Buy, Futureshop, London Drugs, NCIX, Staples), though, so it's no surprise.
