to reply to everyone.
i didn't follow him because i was heading to the airport to pick up parents.
and yeah it'd b great to show him whats up. but funny thing is one of my friends Got back'd into in a parking lot by this guy also.. small world. of course he did a hit and run.
i didn't get a good look at him but from looking at his figure and seeing through his side mirror hes a younger guy either asian or light skinned brown guy. with very very slim build.

I've seen a lot of trucks tailgating, driving too fast around corners, and I even had some guy in a company truck trying to race me from a light in his company truck.
oddly enough they're always the ones stuck in the ditch coming down from the ski hill because they forget that they don't have any weight over the rear tires.
