Post Video: Should we drink cow's milk.

Very Off topic: How much milk do you drink each day?

It might not be as good as we thought it would be.

Explained by professors in English @ 3:44,4:37,5:39, 6:56, 8:38.

"We actually don't see any evidences that a high consumption of milk can lead to a lower risk of bone fractures. There seem not to be any benfits from that."

"Cow's milk is for COWS."

"We now have evidences that there is a serious of questions that are being posted about milk and what it can do."

"Today, the best answer that we have is that it is actually seems that the high calcium-intake from milk is what accounts for the increased risk."

I will still go with what the BC Cancer agency says to do.

Of course there are risks in taking anything but canadian milk is fortified with vitamins as well.

And yes, there may be some hormones in the milk..but what do you expect? It comes from another animal. You would be amazed at what people put in their body and think its "natural". Pretty much any herbal product from any health food stores is going to be worse than drinking milk.

I'd say BS to that video...milk in HK taste like plastic...and milk imported from china is poisoned.

human beings have consumed cow milks for many hundred years, so I don't see a problem.

I don't ever drink milk though, just not big on the taste usually and never buy it.

hahaha, wasnt there a report showing that drinking cow milk can accelerate osteoporosis?

It's because of the high protein content in cow milk. Acid is form when protein breaks down. Acid in blood will corrode away calcium from the bone. Contrary to popular beliefs, cow milk does more harm than goood.
