Wow, what a fucking idiot. The cop was trying to show how big his dick was and flex his power. I usually think cops get a bum wrap but this guy is the type of tard who gives all cops a bad name and the reputation they have with many. Hope he gets fired or at the very least fucks any chance he has of ever getting promoted.
