the virus is not new, it's been out for a year + and has millions of infections. but so far it doesn't do anything really bad. On April 1st, the comptuers that already have the virus, will contact the virus update server, and transform the virus into something else. nobody will know what it can do untill it happens. could be really bad. (think 4 million PC's attacking wall street or anything else) or it could do nothing.

this is not a scare of uneffected computers getting a virus tomorrow, this is a scare of what somebody is going to do with control of millions of comptuers tomorrow.

the more people that scan and update before april 1st, get rid of the virus, the less comptuers will be attacking the world tomorrow.

wouldn't the virus have already hit since it's april 1st in other countries right now?

I hope my computer is used to take down a couple of twin skyscrapers somewhere

why is everyone so scared about this virus ... its just like any other virus if your dont have protection

i think it's a scheme to get people to update their antiviruses and shit.

I have a rather good computer and fairly new still, I was planning to reboot it soon so i never do any updates anymore and have a unregistered version of avast, hopefully nothing to serious happens to my computer before it get new windows 7 installed and start fresh... :)

i'm still in the proccess of scanning my computer haha

so what exactly happens when this worm hits? im trying to go onto malwarebytes.org right now and it seems to be having trouble resolving its host, as well as other sites.

EDIT: lol. search up conflicker on google and so far any sites that has that word on its title or body, its failing to resolve its host.
