Help Setting Time of Blackberry Storm

Ok, I recently noticed that my clock on the screen of my bb storm is ahead by an hour. Under the date/time setting, I have set it to network. It shows the network time correctly in the settings, but once I go back to my "desktop" screen, it is back to being one hour ahead. I have saved all my setting, restarted the phone, pull out the battery and stuff but it keeps displaying the time as one hour ahead. Is there any other settings that may be affecting this?
