thanks for the comments guys , but this house is actually for sale..... looking to downsize to a condo... im trying to sell the joint for 6.8mil - its been on the market since Feb.. and all i get are folks like u ,, who like the house but got no cash to buy it...

Don Mattrick's house is ridiculous. It's assessed at $25 million, but assessments aren't always accurate into the true building cost of an estate. Estimates have put it more in the $40 - $50 million range. When you take 3 lots in a prime location, and build a 25,000 square foot house, it's hard for the government to accurately tell its value.
