Well, alright... even if that's the case, it's not like this is a bank robbery where he should have planned a getaway and gotten familiar with the neighbourhood... he was driving a stolen truck, and the police were chasing him... so it could be anywhere that this pursuit goes... including a neighbourhood he has never been to before. So how could it be dumb if he runs to a random building, except it turns out to be the police station?
