I used to love going to Kelly O'Bryans in Surrey and getting their "Pachos", otherwise known as irish nachos. It consists of waffle/lattice cut potato fries which are covered in cheese and other traditional nacho ingredients. Sadly they have been hard to find since Kelly O'Bryans closed up. I'd love to know this as well. If I want my fix, closest I know of is in Kelowna at the Kelly O'Brien's there.

Unfortunately most everything on the menu at Kelly O'Bryan's is terrible, except for the Pachos.
