Cant tell if that's sarcasm but this is my take on disciplining kids:

You can spank the kid, you can yell at it then explain to it why you yelled at it, you can take away its favorite toys or treat, or just encourage them to do something good.

But you don't step on the kid while its on the ground, you dont fling the kid across the floor, you don't kick the kid. But most importantly, you don't do that to other peoples kids. That's way beyond strict asian discipline, that's pure abuse, not to mention it's someone elses kid. They don't know any better. They're newb's at life, gotta go easy on them.

I'm not condoning it in any way. I'm saying that with a kick of that magnitude, the kid seems to have some balls to keep getting up and pissing off the nanny (don't know exactly what the nanny wanted the child to do as there is no sound) but you can tell her anger esculated as the video went on.
