Time period to get a keg?

A few years back, I tried to get a keg at my house for the next night.

I didn't know there was a wait time, so it didn't happen.

I want to get a keg for this Friday, I was going to call Big River brewing in Richmond, but if I remember, they had shitty beer selection.

Is the waiting period for a keg over 5 business days? And where in Richmond (other than Big River) can I rent a keg w/accessories and get it filled?

EDIT:
Granville Island sells kegs with a 2-3 day wait, but don't want to drive to granville island just to pick it up.

I've only ordered from GIB in the past and have never had a problem. Longest I had to wait was 2 days and that was during mid summer. Can't go wrong with their Honey Lager IMO.

YES, you can rent the ice bucket and pump along with the Keg.
