32" LCD tv making a hissing noise

Hey guys, my 32" LG LCD (32LC7D) started making a hissing noise just now. The noise is coming from the speaker area of the TV. I've unplugged every connection to the TV along with the power and it is still making this noise.

To add insult to injury my 360 just froze and is about to RROD.

Anybody know a fix for this?

no power at all and its hissing? how long has it been unplugged for? one guess is maybe a cap leaking?

It's probably the switching power supply of the TV. I have had a couple small device make a similar sound. They never failed. It was just an annoyance.
