How Long Can Sperm Survive Outside the Body?
Sperm can survive outside of the body for no more than about an hour. In general, if the semen is still wet it may well have live sperm.

I do laundry and house-keeping at a highclass hotel in the city, and I've had multiple babies already. All I need to do now is wait a few years after they're born, find the mom and blackmail her into suppoorting me. ^.^
