denied entry to the us of a
 

so i wanted to go down to blaine today to pick up a package, and when i got to the border agent he asked all the usual questions and was about to let me go..

then something happend in the lane over and he told me to back up and turn my engine off... supposedly the guy in the next lane had a warrant or something and the border agents where ready to draw their guns..

after that was over, i pulled up to the agent again and again he asked me questions all over again, but now he says my truck is too dirty and i'm not allowed to go across... i thought he was joking, but he was serious...

he said he was unable to search my truck if he wanted to because it was covered in mud on the outside... i just thought this was the biggest load of crap ever, cuz he was gonna let me go across then turns around and says that i can't because my truck is too dirty.. is there even a law or policy that says that you can't cross cuz your vehicle is too dirty???

and my truck was dirty because i went camping on the weekend and i havent had time to wash it yet....

how did u eventually get through? sometimes they totally abuse their authorities

they can deny your entry no matter what reason, they are the border security and country's own defence, do u prefer leather or latex?

and he said i could go through.. i had a grip on my passport, but he yanked it back just as that crap in the next lane happend.. and then he gave me this bs about my truck being dirty

and i never got through they made me turn around and line up to get back into canada

ya it happened to me once too coz my car had too much mud stuck to the side and they said i cant go through..@@

I always get pulled to the side and get searched.
Every single fucking time.
It doesn't even matter what car I drive.

border guards are ppl who couldn't get real enforcement positions, kind of like traffic cops (except nothing is as low as a toy cop), and you gotta be nice with em.

.... it was 430 and the place closed at 5.... it was a 20 minute wait to get back into canada and atleast another 20 to get back into the states... surely there was no point of trying to get in again...and i was too choked at this point to care

I disagree. Border guards are above the law so therefore above the cops. They can do things to you that make the American Consitution as worthless as toilet paper.
