Correct. The other problem with that off-ramp, is the people who don't stop at the proper stop line and block the tracks at the red light.

Going back a few years my GF at the time had a black Trans Am, we worked late at a restaurant that her family owned. The VPD would to get half price meals there. After work she would actually drag race the VPD officers in their undercover cars down 4th Ave or Broadway at 2 AM. We would all laugh about it. Wow, times change.
