Altima Coupe V6 Vs Accord Coupe V6 wanting to get a new car considering these two what do you guys think, which one is better? |
altima -get that wonderfull v6 -view mods to make it look /sound like a G35 -pricy with options accord -awesome car to drive around -wonderful interior if u get the ex-l v6 -honda reliability |
whichever one you like to drive more is the better one |
Are you getting the auto or the manual? Almost all the reviews (by edmunds, caranddriver, etc) say the accord V6 coupe is better. I think the Altima V6 coupe is a poor g35 lookalike...it looks good from a distance, but the details and proportion don't look right up close. Anyways, you should drive both and see. |
Can't comment about the perf. specs but look wise I would take the new Accord coupe, it looks much better compared to the Altima. |

I dont think the altima coupe looks ANYTHING like the G35... Anyway, I personally like the look of the Accord a bit more, but the altima coupe has the VQ engine right? |
Accord coupe. Performance wise its kinda even IMO. Looks, though i'd go with the Honda, can't go wrong with honda... or nissan. fuck. I'd get the Accord coupe. |
I.LOVE.THE.ACCORD.COUPE...........sooooo sexy i love the white one hahah |

Does the accord V6 Even have a manual? I kinda don't see the point of having the V6 i mean its not even that sporty of a car, sure it looks nice, but even then the back just doesn't work for me i hate the trapezoid profile of the car... V6 is still pretty bad on gas even with cylinder deactivation Altima coupe lack of style in interior pricing seems high for me (V6) much nicer rear end than the accord grille and fascia don't do it for me either nice V6 COUGH GENESIS COUPE!!!! COUGH |
accord comes with 5-speed for 4cylinder and 6speed for v6 with the v6 it comes with cylinder de-activation to save you more gas comparing to the alitma Genesis is on a different level. |
oh yea im goin for manual for sure.... and yes i have looked into the genesis but i am driving a tiburon now soooooo i kinda dun want another hyundai.....or do i........... leaning towards accord manual.... or genesis????????? yea i read a few reviews last nite on the altima and its not so impressive, and my gf hates it hehe so i'll get it for sure hehe so altima is out. the more i look at the accord the nicer it looks the grey is hot... hows the genesis .. is it reliable becuase my tiburon was not reliable at all thats why i kinda want to go away from hyundai but it could just be my car and not hyundai in general |
drive both (or 3) and decide for yourself. It is YOUR future car. |

hehe yea i know its hyundai not just my tiburon but i didnt wanna offend the other hyundai drivers out there so i was trying to be politically correct hehe. but we all know deep down hyundai < honda |

wait a second.. doesn't hyundai already have better reliability than the gtr since its tranmission doesn't blow up after 10 launches? |
IMO the Altima Coupe is one of the worst cars I've ever driven! YUCK! The car looks like crap, drives like crap, and built like crap. Stay away! If you really like Nissan, spend a little bit more and get the Infinity G. |
as a accord v6 owner, i wasn't very happy with the fuel economy. I drive pretty conservatively and about 95% city. I get about 420km per 70L tank. The rated epa is 11/100km, I'm getting about 15 or so consistently. It could be that mine is a lemon but I don't see how fuel economy can be that drastically differnet. If fuel economy is important for you, I'd be weary of the accord. |

That's kinda bad, though, considering I get about the same fuel performance as you with my Odyssey which has the same engine. |
