Photographer by Night - Blog

It all started six month ago right here at the Vancouver airport during the worse winter season disaster to ever hit in 30 years. The Asia trip went through 6 countries in less than a month and during that time I documented the entire trip from start to finish. I’m still behind a couple days, but I think it's a good time to share the experience with the rest of you who haven't heard or haven't been following the blog so far.
Reason I started this was in the past a lot of people have asking me about my photographs. Curious about what went through my mind before I hit that shutter. Last year, in November I started a blog call Photographer by Night. This was to prep myself in documenting my trip half way around the world. The plan was to visit 6 countries in under a month and seeing as I only booked my tickets three months prior to departure; planning and booking the whole thing was tight and very stressful! As a matter of fact, in the last country I pretty much winged it with accommodations and attractions.
The posting started in Dec and I still haven't been able to finish it all - 6 more days to go though! I’ve been trying to hit my milestone every other week, and so far it's been successful. Sometimes it all comes down to how much detail I'm willing to spend on writing or editing each photo. But so far the feedbacks have been phenomenal and I've been noticing a upward trend of subscribers who are interested in seeing more in the future. Leaving a comment or any positive feedback only drives me to create new and innovative things; It’s a passion to me and I’m here to share that experience with everyone.

Once I'm done documenting the Asia trip, I still continue blogging about my automotive shoots, weddings, portraits, and especially vacations trips! Hopefully even squeeze in some fashion too.

If you like the blog and want to see more in the future, please register via email or subscribe to your favourite reader.
I’ll leave you all with some inspirational pictures.

I brought with me my digital, a film camera (incase the digital hit the bucket) and about 5 lenses. Yes it's more then what most people would take, but if you don't want all your images to portray similar focal lengths then you'll need to vary up your lenses.

I'm going to print them 12x18 and put them into my portfolio book
