Almost impossible to tell. Could be Oregon, Washington, or BC; but the F40 looks like it's from Alberta.

but they are not driving civics, these are cars that can do 40530394km/h, might as well be driving civics then

You always get pulled over when you're in an exotic. It's part of the deal. :) Been to many exotic meets, they always get pulled over. Anyway, Me like the F40. :D
If I had some cash I'd probably buy a few, plus you get standard features such as a "Pussy Magnet".
