Weight Gainer & Messy Shits

I just finished a bucket of muscle milk. I use to take 1000calorie servings and I would rarely ever get bad shits, even if I did it would probably be from something else

I went to restock and there was a discount on a 10lb bucket of a different brand so I bought it

but its been giving me the worst fucking shits

but usually it comes a few hours after, I read somewhere that it takes around 7-8 hours for you to actually shit out what you eat so I'm kind of confused

I've cut the servings down to 250calorie servings which is barely anything, I take it with a multivitamin as well but it doesn't seem to be helping

when you get diarrhea / really watery poo does that mean your body didn't absorb what you ingested? how does that make sense though there's no way I'm unable to take in a 1/4 amount of what I use to take

your body is prob not use to the new tub, it may be shitty quality that sometimes happens to people, they there body can not absorb the protien and such

Muscle milk shouldnt have any maltodextrin since it's not a gainer shaker. If you're taking Cytogainer than it'll have malto.

i dont really mind it i dont always get bad shits, but i want to know if my body is still taking it in otherwise theres no point in still taking it right

Hes not taking the Musclemilk anymore, thats the whole point of the post. It's something in the new stuff hes taking that is giving him the runs.

Man, when i first saw this thread.....i ignorantly thought that this was gonna be one of the stupidest threads in this forum.

A couple days ago...i just bought myself a bucket of not a weight gainer, but isolates protein.....Strive Pro-ISL. Trying out a new protein compound because it got really good reviews all around...

....but this one has been giving me the shits.

first gainer i tried is mammoth.. went through 5 buckets and tried all there flavours, nothing but shit

second was mass effect, which is good cos i got nothing but good shit

now im using gnc brand gainer... total shit. unfortunately i had to go and buy the: buy 1 get 1 half off, now im still on the first tub and its just getting harder to down each time... and i dont think ill even open up the second one, might try and sell it or something

It took you 5 buckets to realize that it was shit? If you want gainer, the best one I've tried is True Mass by BSN all of their Proteins taste amazing, I used to drink Syntha-6 on the daily. So good.

is ture mass really a weight gainer? it only has around 200 calories versus other gainers are around 1000 plus

im telling you guys. Just buy QuickMass by AllMax Nutrition. NO SHITS AT ALL

It's all a matter of serving size. Just cause it says 580g calories on the tub doesn't mean it's any less than the other with 1000+. The 1000+ you are probably taking a lot more powder.

BSN True Mass isnt 200 cals btw, it's around 600 if I remember correctly. You're probably thinking about their non-gainer protien or Syntha-6 which is more like a meal replacement.

I personally like CytoGainer or ON Serious Mass (1/2 the serving).

from what i can tell, most of the time when you get watery shit is due to your body taking in too much of it and all the excess just get discarded. (thats what everyone says anyways )

i dont understand it also, the taking 1/4 or 2/4 and still having messy shit, i guess it just all depends on whats in the gainer itself, cos 2 out of the 3 gainers ive tried it happens and it doesnt

so i guess you should buy small amounts of gainers and test it out individually to see if your body can take it in

my 2 cents

15 pounds more to 200!!

u guys ever tried just eating more ? eat more pasta, beef, and such, the body can not the full serving of a weight gainer, take a scoop of whey and add a cup of oats ground up, plus some peanut butter , your at about 500/700 calories and its way better for you. Has anyone ever gained the so called 10/15 pounds after a bucket of that shit

Thread is a little old, but just read through it.

If anyone is looking for good clean protein, I have been using ISO-Gold for awhile and its great. Can be mixed with water or milk. Get 35g protein in isolate form.

Another I love is Myofusion by Gaspari Nutrition which is an isolate/concentrate. Great for during the day and is best mixed with water, and makes a thick shake.

I have had no problems with my stomach at all. Hope that helps.

I just started using Myofusion and it's the best tasting protein I've ever had. I'll be using that from now on instead of ON 100%.

good place to buy locally is online @ svncanada.com they have good discounts when you order a lot...and ship free if you order over $100...pretty easy to get up there...
