how about landis hotel? its on davie street and smithe i believe.
i been there a few times, its not bad but if your get WAY too loud you do get kicked out

landis won't have a problem with noise
been there for 3 stags now...took the suites upstairs
we partied until 5am and everyone started leaving. attendant didn't say a word
